Students need a longer window to change their mind as it can cost them dearly being locked into these contracts.

MY NEPHEW HAD BOOKED ACCOMODATION IN UK THROUGH BY YOU GUYS FROM PAKISTAN. ISLAMABAD .
UNFORTUNATELY COLLEGE IS DECLINED TO OFFER FOR ENROLLMENT BUT THEY ALREADY SIG CONTRACT ACCOMODATION IN UK
KNOW THE OWNER REQUESTING FOR REPLACEMENT. MY QUESTION IS IF THE PERSON NOT EXCEPT OR NOT ENROLLED IN COLLEGE OR VISA DECLINED .
IN THAT CASE PL GUIDE US HOW WE CAN CANCEL OUR ACCOMMODATION .
