Cancelling Your Booking

Follow these steps to cancel your student accommodation or student housing booking with amber:

Step 1: Create a Cancellation Ticket

  • Visit our website and click on ‘Support’ at the top of the page.
  • Click on ‘Help Center’.
  • Click on ‘Submit a request’ for amber support.
  • Enter the email used for your student housing booking with us.
  • In ‘Select your query’, choose ’Booking Cancellation’ from the drop-down menu.
  • Create a ticket including your personal details, the name of the student accommodation you've booked through us, your phone number, and the reason for your cancellation request.
  • Click the ‘Submit’ button after filling in all the necessary particulars.

Step 2: Await Support Team Contact

Our dedicated amber support team will contact you within the next 2 working days after you've raised the cancellation ticket for your student accommodation. Please keep in mind that cancellation terms and conditions will apply.
