Documents Required for a Guarantor in Student Accommodation
Irrespective of whether you have a UK-based or an international guarantor for your student accommodation, the following documents are universally required:
- Identity/Age Proof: A passport or, for UK-based guarantors, a driving license.
- Address Proof: This can include utility bill statements (Electricity, Gas, Water, etc.) or a mortgage statement.
- Income/Employment Proof: The most recent three months' payslips and/or bank statements are generally adequate for student accommodation help.
