Terms & Conditions of amber's Referral Program for Student Accommodation

• You can refer multiple friends and win cashback up to £10,000 with amber's student housing services!
• The referred student must be a new user, not an existing student already registered with amber.
• The referred student must book a property listed with amber for perfect student accommodation, with a minimum 44-week stay during the 2023–24 academic year (unless otherwise stated).
• The referral cashback will be processed after 90 days from the date of the student's move-in, provided they have made payments to the property as per their student housing contract.
• The referred student must fulfil the terms of their tenancy agreements with property management group owner.
• This offer is personal to the customer and is non-transferable.
• The offer does not apply to students rebooking the same student accommodation.
• amber reserves the right to substitute the cashback with an Amazon voucher as an alternate reward if, for any reason, student accommodation help is needed to proceed with the cash transfer.
• amber employees and their families are not eligible for this offer.
