After Booking Formalities

After your form for student housing has been processed by our property management groups, a student login will be created on our website. This portal is where you'll complete the remaining formalities, such as signing the tenancy and guarantor’s agreements and making deposit payments. After everything is in order, the landlord will counter-sign the agreement, finalising your booking with amber.
